Pamela Valentine has spent her career where hospitality and travel meet. She began at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, working in front desk operations and security dispatch, before flying more than 2,000 hours on domestic and international charter flights with Omni Air International, serving VIP and corporate clientele.
From airline crew logistics to luxury resort leadership, she brings an operator’s understanding of what makes a trip feel effortless.
She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Chicago. Her design background informs the clarity and care of every proposal, itinerary and welcome experience.
