Professional planning and coordination for the service you choose. Flights, accommodation, transfers, dining and other vendor charges are separate unless your proposal explicitly includes them.
Are the listed prices final?+
They are starting service rates in USD. We confirm scope, availability, supplier terms and all applicable fees in a tailored proposal before you proceed.
Can you help when travel plans change?+
Yes. Change handling, same-day requests and emergency travel recovery are available at the listed fees. Support access depends on your service or membership; 24/7 dedicated support is part of Elite.
Are upgrades guaranteed?+
No. We coordinate VIP amenities and upgrade requests, but availability and supplier terms determine what can be confirmed. Some upgrades have an additional cost.
Do you plan team retreats and excursions?+
Yes. We arrange corporate retreats, strategic offsites, incentive trips and private outings around your group’s goals and budget.
Can you manage hotel room blocks and airline crews?+
Yes. Pamela’s experience includes group rooming lists, airline crew reservations and contract accommodation programs. Crew programs are quoted individually.
Do you offer photography experiences?+
Yes. Ask about photo-led city walks and sunrise or sunset excursions with a local guide. Tell us about your interests and we will shape the experience around them.
How do cancellations work?+
Supplier cancellation and refund rules vary. We confirm the relevant terms in your proposal and booking details. UNIK LUXE change or cancellation handling is listed separately from supplier penalties.
